Highly recommended for families visiting Kelowna. The location is very convenient, with most attractions in Kelowna and the surrounding area within a 20-minute drive. It is also right next to a golf course. Despite being close to the airport, the unit is surprisingly quiet, with virtually no airport or nighttime noise. Check-in was smooth, and the unit was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The spacious balcony with BBQ, full kitchenware and cookware, cooktop, and in-suite laundry made the stay especially convenient. Being able to cook breakfast with fresh local BC produce before heading out for the day was a great bonus. The main bed was also very comfortable. The only downside was the sofa bed, which was not very comfortable. For more than two guests, bringing a comfortable portable mattress is recommended and would make the stay much more enjoyable. Overall, it feels like a mini home away from home—comfortable, convenient, family-friendly, and reasonably priced. Definitely a great alternative to staying in a hotel.

Clean property & seamless stay. The property is a bit old & needs renovation but did not have any smell or dirty feeling. In the middle of the golf course & convenient for golfers planning to play Bear & Qual courses. We enjoyed our stay & will stay again. The only con was parking on the street.

Little condo, great amenities

This was our third time in a loft staying at Borgata over a dozen or so years. The third floor lofts are great for a couple. Good kitchen area with full sized appliances other than a tiny mike. We were assigned a unit that had a shared entry with another which I guess if you were traveling with others would be ideal. We had the space to ourselves for first 5 nights, However the second last night we were there someone checked in next door and the walls between the units are paper thin as we could hear them talking and showers running. A great locale for wineries, the Kangaroo farm and other sites.

This place was unclean. It advertised a kitchen however it was reminiscent of a frat house apartment. There was just a hotplate and a toaster in a cupboard with no actual kitchen counter to put anything on and just the bathroom sink to use for water use... The carpets were filthy and the the furniture ripped. The beds seemed clean though. I would consider this an emergency accommodation, not a vacation getaway.

We rented a loft room for 6 nights that was uninhabitable because it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. After one night, we were moved to another suite that didn’t smell of smoke but was very sparsely furnished and provisioned. The beds were uncomfortable and cheap mattresses. The walls were paper thin. The shower made a shrill screeching noise as soon as it was turned on. No amenities at all in the building. Would not consider staying again. One positive was the property manager who was responsive in our initial move. We left a day early and did not receive a refund for that night.

Studio = Murphy bed, a double I believe. Had to pull it down myself. Terrible mattress. 😣 Unit 203a. Needs renovations and updates. Overpriced for value. Ideal for a short commute to the Kelowna airport, and the location of the property was great. Hiking and golf nearby. Parking was underground, but squishy if you have a larger vehicle.

Unfortunately this space has seen better days. The room itself was decently clean but the building is dirty and there is one area in the front where it was covered in rat fecces. The whole building is in need of some TLC. The unit we stayed in also needs a refresh and the air conditioner was so loud it made it very difficult to sleep. The balcony was nice and it is quiet during the day. The neighbour had their music cranked quite late however so that added to making it hard to sleep. The communication was not great. I told them in advance I would be checking in late and they waited until after 6pm that day to send me instructions when I had informed them I had no access to my email once I left home. I asked for them to send me info via text and they ignored this and continued to send via email notifications which only got once I returned home. Personally not somewhere I would choose to stay again.
