Brand new multi-bedroom flat in central Roma Nort

The overall experience in Nowness is good, great location, brand new 2-bedroom apartments, very nice concierge girl Diana. Very good deal for a family or group of friends that need more rooms. But the property lacks proper management team and it feels more like a vacation rental business. There is no coffee or breakfast area in the property, but lots of places around. If they could change the management accordingly, set a coffee and breakfast area, improve the quality of the kitchen wares, then it'll be a 4-star property.

First time to CDMX. We thought Nowness was a great location. Anything we wanted to go to was within walking distance. Max thirty minutes. There were some previous reviews about the noise in the neighborhood. There is a bar around the corner (it's cool, check it out) that has music at night. I didn't find it too invasive. We live in a high-noise area in San Diego, CA, so we thought it was pretty quiet. lol. After checking out, we were able to leave our luggage so we could explore the city more. Maybe it was the day we left, a Tuesday, or we just kept missing the concierge. They did post a time sign when someone would return. However, when I read the property description that says 24-hour concierge, I think someone is at the desk for 24 hours. Maybe a CDMX thang? Another service staff member helped stow our luggage. When we came to pick up, no one was there so we just grabbed it ourselves. That is my only quibble. That and the hairdryer practically didn't work.

A bit of extra work having to both send passport copies the day before arriving and having to hand in passports when getting there. Also one day we didn't have any hot water due to there having been a power outage. Easily fixed but we had to contact reception instead of being informed by them Other than that, everything was great and good value for money.

Go somewhere else

The staff and people working here were very nice but I was disappointed with our stay. I reserved the lower apartment because it had a private patio but when we arrived there was no furniture in the patio. So right away not as pictured. There were no hair dryers in either bathroom. The comforter and pillows on the bed were uncomfortable, the apartment was very cold and one day the lights went out. When we came back to the apartment there was no warm water. They didn’t tell us until the next day that there was a water heater that we had to turn on because the lights went out. Also there were some mold in the bathroom ceiling, and the shampoo felt like dish soap. I didn’t feel like the 3 nights here were worth the amount we paid to stay here. It felt very cheap. I would not recommend this place and would not stay here again.

Pésima experiencia, reserve con la única opción que aparecía de pagar en la propiedad, me mandaron un link que no funcionaba, una noche antes de mi reservación les comenté que no en abría el link y me dijeron que estaba confirmada la reservación, el mero día de la reservación me mandaron un mensaje que no podían respetarla y que marcara a un número al cual nunca contestaron, llegando me dijeron que ya habían dado la habitación y no tenían más, no me dieron ninguna solución y tampoco contestaron a hotels, la señorita de recepción súper desatendida ni siquiera nos deja a salir del edificio y no nos dio ninguna solución ni disculpas ni nada y me dijo que no me enojara cuando fue error de la propiedad

El departamento es como llegar a casa, ideal para 4 personas, excelente gusto en mobiliario y decoración, impecable en cuanto a acabados y camas increíbles en comodidad, sábanas toallas etc las instalaciones en perfecto estado , además de una excelente ubicación con bares y restaurantes alrededor, sumamente seguro ya que hay personal de vigilancia 24/7, no viaje con auto por lo que desconozco si existe estacionamiento 100% recomendable

En general todo estuvo bien. Muy limpio el departamento, muy bonita la decoración y las camas cómodas. El el 4o piso, dentro del departamento, no se escuchaba el ruido exterior. Pequeños detalles: los cajones de estacionamiento son pequeños, la temperatura del agua de una de las regaderas no se podía regular, el sofá cama de la sala era algo incómodo al armarse como cama.

Casi perfecto!

Nos gustó muchísimo el alojamiento. Muy elegante, nuevo y acogedor. Le daría un 100 de 100 a no ser por el bar que está a lado (aunque las ventanas sí redujeron bastante el ruido y la verdad es que estábamos muy cansados como para que la música nos mantuviera despiertos). Lo que si no me gustó nada fue el estacionamiento. Si vas en una minivan o un carro largo, es algo complicado maniobrar en el espacio reducido. Todo lo demás estuvo excelente. El guardia no podría haber sido más amable y servicial! Excelente servicio y trato.
