Aug 23, 2026Great location. Central to food outlets. However it would have been nice to know that it costs £18 to park overnight. Additionally a small fridge in the room would be handy.

Nov 4, 2025Hotel itself was clean and maintained well. Bathrooms were nice and clean as well. My issue with this hotel is that I booked and paid for a room that had 2 single beds and a double bed. When checking in I was informed that it was hotel policy that only 2 adults per room and given a room with a single bed and a double bed. My friend had to book her own room on the spot because of that yet the website and booking company never stated there was a 2 adult per room policy.

Jul 20, 2026Most of the staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was fine and staff good. Unfortunately restaurant closes a little early and they stop taking orders 15 mins prior. We arrived at the restaurant 25 mins prior to closing and was behind another guest. The manager told us to wait as he would be right back but only came back 10 mins later to tell us that we would need to go eat elsewhere as the restaurant was closing. Very unprofessional and comments were also made by other guests who witnessed the incident. Will it stay there again after essentially being mistreated and had to go eat at a fast food chicken restaurant without any compassion and or sort of accommodation.

Jan 3, 2026Ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel. Malheureusement, Swindon n'est ni très jolie ni très sympa à visiter (je fréquente cette ville depuis 35 ans car j'ai de la famille ici). Le centre-ville où se trouve l'hôtel est hélas en chute libre avec beaucoup de magasins fermés depuis 10 ans.
