6/10 Good

Hotel was nice enough, but the floors were sticky. Beds were clean, bathrooms were fine, and the room had a decent kitchen. But there were no utensils, cooking equipment, dishes, or anything that would come in handy for using a kitchen.

10/10 Exceptional

The room was as clean as one would expect, my only gripe being the floors were so dusty that i had to put on shoes to walk around the room. staff is very helpful even at 1am when you lock yourself out of your room and need a new key. Very nice hotel very nice people. For it to be like an extended stay type of place it is actually quite quiet in the rooms. Biggest issue to be had here is the elevator not working. the hotel is in a VERY convenient area lots of food and shopping.

POV: from an out of state traveler The cleaning staff was on top of it! Dogs are allowed here , ( I don’t have a dog) and the smell upon entering is such a clean smell , there isn’t any dog smell throughout the whole building unlike some places I’ve stayed in. Clean linens and towels on standby if needed. Key access only! which is nice when you have little ones or just want privacy here not anyone can just come up the elevator at anytime. Fitness area is useful. Nice area to relax , kick your feet up cook yourself a meal in the kitchen and detach from work a bit before heading back into the hustle and bustle of life. It’s also Located in a good area for fast food if cooking isn’t you plan, staff was helpful and efficient at meeting my needs.

Very simple business model (no kleenex, hair conditioner, just the basics) but great for the overall price! Clean, quiet, newer hotel with friendly staff. Nice area- lots of places to eat nearby with shopping as well. Will stay again :)

10/10 Exceptional

Location was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. Laundry facilities are best hotel laundry I've seen. While the provided coffee in the lobby was nice, it would be good to have a coffee pot in the room. Self-check in was easy and very good for a late night arrival. Plenty of parking.

Only stayed 1 night but room was very clean and beds are very comfortable. Great location and property felt very safe. Only negative is no coffee pot in rooms and only available in lobby before lunch. Would stay again any time.
