What a gem in the heart of Milan. The apartment itself is charming and well-appointed, and the Brera neighborhood is simply unbeatable. We were steps away from the Duomo and all the major historical sites of the centro storico, making it incredibly easy to explore on foot. What really set this stay apart was the staff communication. They were attentive and responsive throughout via WhatsApp, which made everything from check-in logistics to any questions feel effortless and personal. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to feel like a local in one of Milan's most beautiful neighborhoods.

Great location- easy walking distance to most major attractions- the Duomo, Castello Sforcesco and Santa Maria de la Grazia (Last Supper). The suite is well appointed and everything needed is provided - coffee, tea, shampoo, shower gel and body lotions (Lanvin) - as well as toothbrushes and pastes and even ear plugs (should flag that due to the very central location it is a little noisier as lots of traffic but the ear plugs provided help a great deal).

Mix up in communication about check in . No hot water , but we managed to fix that . No hand soap in toilets. But once we got over that , the apartment is in a fabulous location for the metro , supermarket opposite, cash point at the end of the road plus all the lovely restaurants in Brera.

The apartment is spacious, highly organized, and beautifully decorated. The bed and towels are very comfortable, and having a washer and dryer on-site is a wonderful convenience that truly helps with the daily routine when traveling with children. It perfectly accommodates a family of four. The location is marvelous, situated in a neighborhood with a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. My room was spotless, quiet, and well‑equipped, which made it really easy to relax every day. Great location, with two metro stops near by you can get anywhere in the area easily. Staff was super attentive and worked hard to address questions. Space is thoughtfully designed and efficiently used. My only concern is I’m 2m tall and the ceiling in the loft is low. That said, would rebook next time in Milan.
