Excellent service and in very close proximity to Navigli restaurants and cafes, approximately 10min walk. I hadn’t realize the reception operates within certain hours, not sure if it was clear on the instructions I received prior to arriving but it went all smoothly as they checked on me to make sure the time I arrive. They had a self-check in system in place to get the key. Enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this place!

Lovely apartment

The apartment was clean and fresh with modern decor. Staff in reception were very welcoming and helpful. Nice to have a small area to sit outside once the children went to bed. The water in the fridge on arrival was much appreciated after a day of travelling. There is a supermarket two minutes walk and navigli is only a five minute walk. Would happily stay here again.

We were traveling with a baby, so timing is never really on our side.. therefor our c/o was bit later, almost 35 min. Housekeeping kept asking us when to leave and even called the front desk on us… housekeeping was rude. C/i was great!

However, the first reaction of them was that we might bring the bugs. Then the final reaction was that they did not find such problem so no responsibility they should take.

Slidt familieværelse med døde fluer på væggen. Der var ok rent ved ankomst dog virkelig beskidte tallerkener. Der bliver ikke tømt skrald (eller anvist hvordan man kommer af med skrald), gjort rent, skiftet håndklæder eller fyldt op med diverse. Vi løb ud af håndsæbe, toiletpapir mm i løbet af ugen. Belysning på værelset af lysstofrør og der er meget larm fra gaden (der er bordtennisborde lige udenfor, hvor mange mennesker er samlet hele natten) . Dog fin beliggenhed, i gåafstand til det meste, handle muligheder tæt på. Ved indtjekning - vær opmærksom på at de skriver at nøglen skal hentes i nøgleboks men i praksis skal den hentes i receptionen.

Generelt godt inntrykk, litt langt fra stasjonen, men nær sentrum. Godt utstyrt leilighet, litt langt fra resepsjonen, må gå med koffert til rommet, og et minus var at vi hadde kaldt vann i dusjen i en dag. Og venninnen min fra den andre leiligheten hadde ikke påfylt såpe på badet og fikk ikke velkomstvann på rommet, vi hadde derimot vann og såpe.

Nada salió bien, por motivos de que mi vuelo se retrasó y por lo tanto yo no tenía señal y que llegando a Milán llovía mucho el Uber no llegaba había mucho tráfico. El Hotel envio un mensaje a las 9:39 pm diciendo que el chek in era hasta las 10pm Les escribí diciendo que llegaria 10:10 Al llegar la persona de recepción está muy enojada me habló muy grosera y gritó a mi hija amenazando que no podía volver hacer eso. Lo peor es que me envió a un edificio que estaba fuera del hotel yo teniendo una cirugía reciente de rodilla ella silo me dio un mapa para llegar ahí en otro idioma y me dijo que si no entendía buscara en Google. me dio mucho miedo por qué no se veía nada seguro era una vencidas muy vieja y obscura . Y no era lo que yo había reservado. Al llegar la habitación nunca salió agua caliente, no sirvió la calefacción y pasamos una noche terrible, tuvimos que bañarnos con agua fría con este clima terrible y sin calefacción y sin poder pedir otra cobija. Lamento mucho esta terrible experiencia y para cerrar después que llegue 10:15 pm y salí 8;00 am pedí resguardarán mi equipaje y 3 hrs después que regrese por el. no me permitieron entrar al baño. Increíble y terrible experiencia.
