予約時禁煙喫煙の表示がなく、備考に禁煙希望のよに書きましたが、喫煙の部屋を割り当てられました。
禁煙の部屋に交換して欲しいと言いましたら、別料金が必要と言われました、予約の時にそう言う注意事項はなかったように記憶しています。
改善して欲しい。

街一番の繁華街にある新しいホテル
とても新しく、珍しいことにフローリング張りの床でした。
冷蔵庫はありませんでしたが、一階で冷たい飲み物も買えますし
ホテルの玄関から徒歩五分もせずにお店もいくつかあるので
それほど不便は感じませんでした。
窓にカーテンではなく横にスライドするタイプのシェイドのみのため
他の建物から見えないかどうかも少し気になりましたが
これも工夫と慣れかなと思います。
一つ注意点としてはタクシーで行く場合、
運転手さんに「伊必思酒店(イビスホテル)」と言っても全く通じないので
同じ建物に入っているデパートの名前を告げた方が良いです。
「新【王馬】特商場」というデパートの卜奎大街側にホテルの入口があります。

very comfortable and clean
the staff were great when we left. they organized a taxi and held umbrellas for us as we left. As a budget Hotel this service was beyond what we would have expected. Only one member of staff spoke English, but this part of China hardly gets any tourists. At the time of our visit the restaurant was closed for renovations.

1 night in Qiqihar
Nice clean rooms, central location, helpful staff, one of them had perfect English. The helped me to find where the buses were to go the bird reserve. Others have said that the beds were hard - they were softer than mine (but I live in China) and I found them very comfortable.

2 nights at the Ibis Hotel in Qiqihar, China
Hotel was basic but fine. It was in a good location in relation to where we needed to be. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable though. Our room overlooked the street and was somewhat noisy - but the traffic antics are very interesting especially as it was winter with loads of ice and snow! Buffet breakfast provided quite a good range of foods.

Not Great but Very Very Good
Great value and location. Staff was friendly and bilingual. Room was basic but very clean. No complaints. I would definitely stay here again.
Wifi was free and fast. There is a great bakery just next doorstore and a major shopping center and cinema.
