Centrally located, with easy access to public transport. Town centre easy to get to, with an abundance of bars and restaurants. All in all the hotel was of a high standard. Leipzig was well wort the visit, not just because my team the Eagles won the European Conference League Cup.

The hotel itself is in a good location and was clean and tidy. We had to ask for the room to be cleaned on the first day. There was no option for room service, and we were told there was no additional water that could be brought to our room. The bar closed very early.

Extremely clean. Nice rooms. Quiet. About 10 minutes walk from the train station. Slightly small rooms by US standards, but still comfortable with several chairs and a nice sized desk.

Overall, the hotel was nice, amenities seemed of good quality and new. When checking in there was a fairly long line and we had to wait about 10 - 15 minutes to check in which was a new experience for us in a four-star-hotel. Unfortunately, we had a room that was located towards the street so opening the window was impossible due to noise. However, the room was extremely hot and stuffy. Turning on the AC meant that the air stream flow moved the curtains which then made a fairly loud and arrhythmic clicking noise which made sleeping really difficult. We told that info to the staff the next morning and the nice and polite lady told us that it was a construction error in every room that the AC air stream flow made the curtains move and thus caused the clicking noises. She suggested to turn the AC air stream flow down but then it would've been impossible to sleep because the room was so stuffy. The breakfast was nice, we'd say average. We missed some bacon ;) but there were breakfast sausages and meatballs which excused the absence of bacon ;) The breakfast room was unusually full and when we later went upstairs, we again saw a long line of people waiting who actually seemed to have to wait for the other hotel guests to finish their breakfast to make room for the new hotel guests. We stayed one night on a weekend and there were Christmas markets plus the Christmas oratorium concert so it might have been unusually full, too. For the overall experience, the price was too high.

Clean room and friendly staff! I had higher expectations for the breakfast based on the reviews but I think we visited the hotel on a “quiet” day. Therefore a lot of things should be requested separately and we did not find that much staff available in the restaurant. However, it was still worth every euro spent there :-)

We stayed there for 4 nights, and everything was as expected. The only aberdabei was the price for parking, payed directly to the carparking company. I know it's a tough one, because that might just be what to expect, but a whole basement filled with parkingspots and only 6 cars down there. Maybe the parking company the hotel has engaged with has pushed it to far.
