We got a suite on the second floor and it was clean, spacious, and perfect for our needs! The breakfast area was large which is helpful since this hotel appears to attract people traveling through trying to get an early start on the road. The outdoor fire pits were a nice space and the staff were all friendly. The pool was very warm but our kids loved every minute of staying here! We will definitely stay again while passing through to Tennessee again!

5 stars for this property and the manager was phenomenal and extremely helpful. Zero complaints and only complete satisfaction! Super clean and beautifully appointed. Tremendous and bountiful breakfast. One of the best I’ve ever had at any hotel. Ease of parking. Comfy beds! The fitness center is large and the pool pristine and quite nice and open 8am - 10pm. Did I mention how great the Manager was??!?? Will stay here every time we come through Beckley, WV! Far better than most if not all of the other hotels in this area. I’ve stayed at those other hotels for years and this hotel is by far a better value.

Very pleasant stay! Staff were friendly and helpful. Everyone did their best to make our stay smooth and comfortable. Nice amenities and breakfast provided. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Instant hot shower… nice and roomy. Everything was nice and clean. Cons: Walls thin. Could hear people walking above us, but I still slept soundly in that wonderful bed.
