This hotel is very basic, we had trouble getting any hot water to shower. I happened to get some hot water very late at night but unfortunately wasnt able to get any in the morning. The rooms are very cold with no available electric heater it was difficult to keep warm. The rooms are clean and ataff are kind but this would be considered a 2 star hotel where I am from. No breakfast as well.

The hotel is conveniently located close to shopping, dining, and just up the road from the bus boarding station up to Machu Picchu. Additionally, the staff was wonderful and responded to all requests. The rooms are very spacious and updated. I would definitely recommend to friends and family visiting Machu Picchu.

In the advertisement for the property it shows in the photos and says in the room details that the room I rented came with a shower/tub combo. I specifically rented this room because my wife likes to take a bath, once we were at the property the owner said that the room we rented had a tub but we couldn't use it.. and that they had other room that had a functioning tub????????? I'm pretty sure he was trying to scam me to pay more for the same room I already paid for.. Well why wouldn't I get the room I paid for and was advertised? Once in the room there was a bare spot of concrete showing that obviously needed to be painted to match the rest of the wall and had flaking paint falling off around it,, Also there was no place to get hot water which made it harder for us to make firmular for our baby, and the breakfast was less than satisfactory, the coffee was horrible and there was no fruit or anything else besides scrambled eggs,bread n jam.. overall I wish i rented a room from a different place.. Also as a side note I felt strange that the owner was staring at my wife as we came and went each time we left the property, which was awkward for her and me.. very unprofessional..

La habitación limpia, pero no tenía ni papel higiénico ni agua caliente. No hay personal permante en la entrada, si necesitas algo puede que no encuentres ayuda por horas. El desayuno es mínimo. El ruido en la noche es alto, porque esta muy cerca de lugares de fiesta y se escucha la rumba. Si madrugas es malo porque no duermes bien por el ruido, y si te levantas temprano a un tour hace frío y no hay agua caliente.

Tudo foi incrível! ótima localização, acomodação excelente, quarto com móveis novos, bem limpo e higienizado, o banheiro bem limpo e espaçoso. O café da manhã é simples mas é muito gostoso e a responsável pela cozinha foi muito prestativa e atenciosa. O valor que pagamos em maio de 2026 foi muito justo para a experiencia que tivemos. Recomendo a absolutamente todos, é uma das melhores acomodações de águas calientes sem sombra de dúvidas.
