10/10 Exceptional
Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, modern und schön ausgestattet. Das Personal ist freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit, wobei eine Mitarbeiterin scheint mir etwas überfordert zu sein.
Abgesehen von wenigen sprachen die meisten kaum Englisch. Nichtsdestotrotz konnten wir Mithilfe Übersetzungsapps gut kommunizieren.
Großer Nachteil ist, dass das Hotel auf Emails bzw. Nachrichten vor dem Chen-In nicht geantwortet haben. Aber vor Ort haben sie mir zu voller Zufriedenheit geholfen.
Ich würde sehr gerne dort wieder übernachten. Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis stimmt voll und ganz. Ich habe sogar mehr für mein Geld bekommen.
Besonders möchte ich den Putzfrauen danken. Sie waren so sehr nett und fleißig. Schade, dass Trinkgeld in der asiatischen Kultur nicht gern gesehen wird. Vielen Dank nochmal.
