The corner room exceeded expectations. We had a butler and free room service daily. Staff super friendly and helpful from moment arrive to door. Thank you Janet and Freddie making it extra special. Food overall was good (just order steaks well done as were undercooked). Restaurant options were good. Overall totally enjoyed stay and facilities. Beach is disappointed just because of the location and not clear but by no fault of hotel. Location is a little isolated but we urbered around. If beach was better I would go here yearly:)

An excellent resort I recommend it!!

The staff here are the highlight of the resort! From the front desk to the service staff to the housekeeping and maintenance personnel!!! Everyone is extremely attentive, friendly, professional, and caring. I have traveled to many all inclusive in many countries as well as cruise often and this staff really stood above the rest. I chose a swim up room with a hot tub outside and it was worth the upgrade. The room was very modern and the finishes were luxurious. The grounds were manicured. The pools were crystal clear and clean. The staff works around the clock to maintain the property. We tried 2/3 of the dinner restaurants and the food options were great and the quality was superb by U.S. standards. The morning and lunch buffets included mimosas and Bloody Marys. The selection was plentiful as well as a made to order omelette station. The bars had quality liquor and no plastic bottle liquor which was a pleasant surprise. The beach was nice but there was quite a bit of seaweed but that is expected this time of year. They had staff cleaning it up all day. The hotel was a 20 minute drive from Cancun airport. I would suggest an uber or a scheduled taxi service so you don’t get price gouged walking out of the airport. An uber back was 20 usd or 400 mxp. I did order the up charge lobster for dinner and while it was the nicest presentation and portion I’ve ever had, it was $75! But there are plenty of included options on the menu including shrimp and steak. Stay here!!

The resort was very nice, food was great and staff was amazing. During our stay our building lost power on our 2nd day and we were relocated. Our original room was Deluxe Swim Up room and our new room was a standard room. There was no apology or attempt to be compensated which was disappointing. After getting settled into our new room we experienced a water leak. When turning on the shower, water rained out of the ceiling vent. Maintenance was quick to respond and repair. I understand the property is under new management and in the process of some revamps. We would be happy to visit again once they have had time to settle in.

We really like the property except for access to the beach which was not good. The beach was very small and covered with water grass. Access to the ocean is also not great because the water is full of rocks and water grass. The beach is very shallow. This is the only area that has been not nice. Other than that we are pretty satisfied with our vacation.

The rooms are clean and the resort well maintained. They were refurbishing certain buildings but that didn’t impact our trip. The food was excellent, it was by far the best I’ve ever had at an all inclusive. The drinks were great and made with spirits that are typically considered top shelf at other resorts. The beach is small and there is seaweed at the shore line despite an additional $2/day seaweed clean up fee charged to each guest. There are multiple pools with plenty of lounge chairs and cabanas available. The staff is phenomenal! They are friendly, attentive and the very best part of the trip. Not all restaurants are open every night and the schedule wasn’t always accurate. That being said, there were always at least two restaurants open for dinner and room service was available 24/7. We didn’t have hot water when we arrived but that was quickly fixed by maintenance. I would definitely go back!

Property was excellent IMO. Would def return. Its clean. food is great. friendly staff. That all you really need. Con: Its a lil bit out of the way from anywhere. If you do kot intend to go out of the resort, then its fine. If not, then taxis to anywhere is a bit pricey to me compared to the US. Tip: Do not listen to the people at the airport. IT IS LEGAL to book an Uber. We got ripped off by going with the taxi service. I already booked an uber, but they claim ubers cannot go to the airport. If you’re not an uber fan, then book with the hotel. They pricier than ubers but cheaper than the taxis at the airport. at least they’ll be better than giving money to the price gougers at the airport.

We stayed at the property jan 4-10, 2025 and there was NO HOT WATER the entire stay. We contacted the front desk 4 separate times and they pretended like they didnt know it was an issue. I was able to speak to the manager one time who also acted like it was being worked on. It was all lies. We met other guests who also had the same issues and were all told different stories. We went back to previous reviews and as early as November 2024, there were reports of no hot water. The hotel staff were nice and I felt badly for them because that situation is beyond their control. The manager started hiding from guests and the front desk was "unable to help". The manager gave every guest a different story to prolong the solution or any compensation so make up for the issues. He did that so that he could come back and say well "you completed your stay so we dont need to compensate you". They overcharged us for the resort fee - it was supposed to be $40 USD and they charged us $190 USD. They said they reversed it on our credit card and they did not. They poorly handled this entire situation from the beginning. Also, there arent enough guests at the hotel to meet their occupancy so they rotate which restaurants are open each night. The property itself is very dark and poorly lit at night. In addition no hot water, the phones in the rooms do not work and half of the outlets in the room didnt work. There is a beach but it is very shallow and is covered in seaweed. Expedia was no help.

No HOT water our whole stay!!! Front desk just gave us the runaround. We paid for a swim up room, it would have been great but the pool was not even close to warm, cold cold So don’t do what we did and pay for something you can’t use.

NO HOT WATER for 7straight days. Was given many different stories about the reason for no hot water but management NEVER responded. premium menu items were never available. Front desk was often unattended. beautiful view but would Never ever recommend staying here.

It’s tough to navigate through the many reviews about this property, but here’s my honest take: Before traveling, I was nervous because the property was impossible to get in touch with. I tried calling and emailing multiple times, but there was no response. This was especially troubling given the number of mixed and negative reviews online. I just wanted to confirm that this was a legitimate place, and the lack of communication didn’t inspire confidence. First, the property itself is beautiful, and the staff are genuinely amazing. They’re doing their best under the circumstances. However, as many have mentioned, the recent change in ownership seems to have left some growing pains, and the new management still has work to do to make this a truly great destination. My biggest issue was the food. The options are extremely limited, and dining at the available restaurants can be a hassle. For example, one evening we arrived at 7 PM, waited until 7:45 PM for a table, and didn’t receive our food until 8:45 PM. Unfortunately, the quality didn’t make up for the wait. While the staff handled complaints graciously, it’s clear that management needs to step up and address these operational challenges. Another concern was the pricing for the New Year’s Eve event. Charging $250 per table seemed excessive given what was offered, leaving some guests disappointed.
