One of my fave hotels in Asia
Location is more so amongst locals but that did not deter from the convenience. The staff was friendly and helpful. the rooms and views are beautiful and the breakfast was quick and plentiful.

Hotel is super clean and well located. Walking distance to the local features and food spot.
Staff were very friendly. Joyce was very friendly, and thoughtful. My wife wasn’t feeling well, she take a special trip to visit her and brought her drinks to see how she was doing. Can’t express the gratitude, and detail to attention all staff committed too.

Some staff are races, only nice to local guests. Super rude when checking me in, they took my passport said nothing and made me waited forever, when I asked them what’s going on, they refused to answer with terrible attitude! Can’t believe this is a 5 star hotel, I’ve been staying in multiple 5 star hotels around the world, never been treated like this. Also the pillow got some nasty blood stain on it, which really disgusted me. They need to retrain some of the staff, teach them treat every guests equally .

FANTASTIC LUXURIOUS STAY
The best hotel we've been to for years. The public hotspring and the in-room onsen had everything you need. Complimentary face masks, drinks and snacks in the room. They restock every day. The magnolia products made everything smell soooo good.The interior decor was fantastatic. Happy hour with free alcoholic drinks and snacks. This is the best hotel if you want to visit the Thermal Valley and everything nearby. 2 min walk from Xinbeitou MRT, just look uphill at your left at the exit.

New hotel located close to New Beitou station. Room is very spacious with thoughtful design. The in-room onsen is in good size where you can bath in cold and hot onsen. The room price already included snack, happy hour and breakfast!

Very spacious room with private hotspring, hot and cold in the bath area. The public hotspring area is fantastic and clean. The swimming pool is very nice and clean, about 18m in length.

I’ve seen many hotels, few this subtly superb.
I chose this hotel for the first few nights after a transpacific flight because between travel and jet lag it’s hard to put up with a bad hotel afterward. This hotel exceeded expectations in every way: great breakfast, lovely spa and pool, thoughtful design, impeccable service, delicious breakfast, excellent location for hot springs. Perfect for a tired traveler, and as good a hotel as I have seen over 37 countries worth of travel.

Luxurious 5 star experience
Love the in-room hot spring. Daily top up of the mini bar and facial masks. Good variety at the buffet breakfast. Very comfortable room and bed. Highly recommended.
