A beautiful building and the rooms were well furnished. However no food or hot drinks available. Hardly any personnel around
Room not serviced and we used codes to get in and out. Not a place we would use again.

Nice pub, our room was above bar so you could hear the bar below, it's a pub at the end of the day so you have to expect some noise. Room clean and tidy bed comfy shower good and hot, tea making facilities tea bags wont replenished. For the price of room it was value for money. Location good for the city center and railway station

The staff walked into my room while i was in bed, there was a mess up on the system and they thought the room was empty.

Good location - Arrived at 16:00 and room not ready. Informed manager had not been seen for last couple of days? Lone barmaid was great, she had to phone her partner to come and help prepare room. Room ready an hour later, clean bedding and towels. Not great but at least we had a bed for the night.

Disappointing
disappointed with our stay, room was clearly not cleaned before we arrived, beard hairs on the floor, skirting boards were full of dust, hairs in shower etc. Check in took longer than expected as only one person working at the bar.
I have contacted the company through hotels but yet to hear a response.
