Check-in was easy (mail sent in advance with code) and staff was helpful. The apartment was very clean - but a bit cold in wintertime and a kitchenette with neither a window or an extractor hood made cooking difficult.

easy to use, clean and relatively comfortable. location is okay, walkable to local shops and easy to park nearby, although not in Aachens touristy area. Only one semi-comfortable chair, and I couldn't fathom out the heating/cooling system. all in all its okay for a couple of nights on a business trip.

Inside the place was super nice, clean and spacious. The area outside was dirty, super loud noises coming from the hookah place just outside our window. NO A/C. Could benefit from it, keep the noise out and close the windows.

Zimmer sind modern. Sehr groß aber kalt eingerichtet. Mitten in der Stadt. Zu Fuß alles erreichbar. Leider hat die Beschreibung nicht ganz gepasst. Es war kein Balkon vorhanden. Rezeption nicht immer besetzt war aber eine sehr nette Dame die immer geholfen hat. Garage extrem eng. Also größer Fahrzeuge bedingt möglich

Innenstadtnah, aber mit kühlem Charme

Ich wollte ein Zimmer in Stadtnähe und hatte mich für das Aparthotel entschieden. Dieses liegt mitten in der Stadt und mit Auto wird es echt schwierig bzw. Teuer. Das Gebäude hat einen eher kalten und ungemütlichen Charme und ich musste das Zimmer etwas suchen. Rezeption gab es nicht und man hatte vergessen mir den Code zu senden bzw. War er nicht angekommen. Bad ist praktisch, aber nach dem Duschen ist das ganze Bad unter Wasser. Aber sonst ist alles da und sauber… es war auch überrraschend leise. Aber für mich strahlte das « Hotel » keine Wärme oder Gemütlichkeit aus.
