great staff, no frills, comfortable place to stay
stayed here for 3 nights and it was very clean, comfortable, and in a well-located area near the train station and with easy access to the airport. staff and volunteers were all AMAZING and very multilingual (italian, english, spanish)- it is definitely not a super social hostel with events/parties but the staff are great people to get to know and can give food recommendations for things !!

The floors, kitchen and bathrooms were absolutely not clean.
The beds at least had clean linens.

We came late for checm in, reception staff are really nice, there is air coditioning in our room. Our beds are new, comfy, we had really nice sleep after long day walking. Private bathroom, especially good for girls make up in the morning. Close to metro, and bus stop to go around Naples

Discreet hostel, unkept structure outside the rooms, but comfortable room with 4 beds, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning | Basic facilities such as lockers, common area, kitchen, communal fridge | Room tidy and sufficiently clean 3/5 | Good for the price, I recommend it for short stays and if you only need to sleep and take a shower

Room felt neglected, there was NO HOT WATER in the mornings, we had to rent towels not sure if that’s normal in hostels as it was my first time staying at one. I was told hostels usually have common places, there was no common spaces and no TV! Also, we could never connect to the wifi upstairs! And lastly no elevators, so going 4 flights of stairs with large backpacks was not fun!!!

I tried to check in 45mins after time- room was not ready, which was fine. Came back 4 hours later was put in a room with a male - I reserved female room. My bed had hair on it / shower was disgustingly dirty/ toilet dirty/ room hot. I chose to sleep in the community room in a chair.
Alley to the property felt unsafe!!! Front desk had no care or professionalism or solutions.

Não parecia um hostel e sim uma hospedaria. Meu roommate era um cara morando lá já havia mais de uma semana. Eu me senti o "intruso" no quarto dele. Banheiros ok. Cozinha bem precária! Pelo preço ta valendo mas não recomendo.

Bueno, la verdad deja bastante que desear y tampoco es tan barato. Las habitaciones con baño adentro están bien, y tiene opción de cuarto femenino y son espaciosas. Y la ubicación no está mal.
Pero la limpieza es un desastre, hubo los mismos pedazos de papel higiénico en el piso del baño durante toda mi estancia, en un momento se quedaron sin personal de limpieza y entraron nomás que a hacer las camas y antes tampoco es que estaba realmente limpio. Hubo que pedir dos veces el control remoto del aire acondicionado porque se lo llevaban del cuarto.
Cuando llegué se me cobró un monto por cuatro noches y cuando decidí extender mi estancia el precio fue otro, sin demasiada explicación por parte de la recepcionista.
Ah y el wifi es el peor del mundo, adentro de los cuartos no llega la señal ni de wifi ni de datos.
Si pueden darse el lujo de pagar un poco más por el hospedaje, les recomiendo que lo hagan. Si no pueden como fue mi caso, es aceptable.

Precio acorde a la calidad
Buena relación precio calidad, buena ubicación, nos tocó una habitación en el 3er piso sin ascensor, el wifi no funcionaba y nos querían cobrar en efectivo, pero lo resolvieron y pudimos pagar con débito. La terraza muy amplia.
