4/10 Fair

The floor were dirty, I think they have not been mopped in a long time. Had to do that by myself. Otherwise the apartment was clean. The area was dangerous and you can’t walk at night there. Taxi driver told us that there are thiefs in the area. Customer service person got annyoed by me calling 2 times since I did not get in to the place. Logging in was not easy and the instructions did come at the time of checking in.

Tuvimos una experiencia muy mala, llegamos en la noche, el apartamento estaba limpio, amplio con tres cuartos, pero para nuestra sorpresa no tenía aire acondicionado, ni agua caliente, llamamos atención al cliente y allí nos comunicaron con una persona que nos fue diciendo por teléfono cómo encender el aire, después de intentar varias veces, no funcionó y nos dijeron que al otro día temprano en la mañana vendrían a revisarlo, solo había un ventilador para 3 cuartos, al día siguiente estuvimos esperando a la persona que supuestamente iba a venir, nunca llegó nadie, llamamos varias veces sin resultado, a la 1.00 pm decidimos dejar el apartamento y rentarnos en otro.
