Sep 21, 2026Very serviceable hotel, conveniently located near the airport. I stayed for one night and the room was fine, check-in was efficient and the staff was friendly. The gym could use a Peloton!

Sep 17, 2026The hot and cold breakfast bar was outstanding! lots of seating and a cleanly kept eating area. The pool was freshly painted and stained our hands and feet but it was easily removed. The room was a little off (slightly damp carpet, very loose water tap, not great shower head, toilet paper could not be reached by a child) but the beds were very comfortable and there was LOTS of well thought shelving throughout the room. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive.

Sep 13, 2026It's hard to leave a negative review for the hotel when they were not the problem. The staff was so helpful and they were in a very difficult position as there were multiple parties that when arriving found out they had no reservation. They did their best bit there was an event in town and there were no rooms available anywhere in town. I was 4 hours away from home and had to sleep on my car. Just a reminder to always call the actual hotel to make your reservations instead of relying on secondary markets. I booked through hotels.com. Showed up no room. Otherwise the place looked very clean and comfortable and as I said the workers were excellent.

Jun 3, 2026Room was clean. Building is under repairs so no amenities were available. If you are coming to only sleep, It is good enough. I will stay again at this hotel if I need to just sleep.

May 22, 2026Was pleasantly surprised after reading previous reviews. They are renovating rooms and you can tell they are putting forth an effort to improve the place inside and out. The room we stayed in was basically brand new, even had to peel the plastic off the mirror. There are areas that are currently being renovated but it didn't effect our stay.

May 31, 2026Pool was closed. Staff was never at the front desk. Breakfast was staged, but not really there. On a positive note, the room was very clean and well maintained.. I had a message stating that the price of my room had gone done, I was refused the new price as I was told it was another hotel. It was not.

Jun 10, 2026The property was actually fairly clean and recently updated. However, our room had ants. The bathroom was renovated to be handicapped accessible but the shower sent water EVERY where and there were holes in the wall that didn't get finished with the renovation. The front desk person checked us in and we never saw him again. There were a pile of keys on the desk when we left, and I waited for 10 minutes for someone to come out so I could ask for soap, but no one ever did.

Jun 25, 2026Staff were amazing, helpful and very polite. Unfortunately the huge tv in my room was damaged and did not work. It would have been good to know this info in advance because I like relaxing by watching tv in the evening, but I could not do so. Rooms were booked up and i could not get a different room.
Breakfast was to start at 6am, but was not ready until 6:30am. I was pleased with the breakfast options because there was more than just waffles. There was scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, (i think thats what it was) hard boiled eggs, fruit, granola bars, porridge, yogurt, cereal, toast, both regular and sugar free jams and syrup, peanut butter, nutella, juices, coffee & tea
I did not use any amenities. The linens and bath towels were new, the room was fresh and well lit. It was small (2 queen beds) with only walking room from the end of the beds to the desk areas and in-between the beds. Not a big deal for me, as I just want to put me feet up and watch tv and then bedtime.
On another note, I was confused because the hotel is changing their brand name, so I thought I was at the wrong hotel.
Overall, I definitely would return again and I feel that the minor problems happened because they were upgrading the hotel.

Jul 29, 2026This wax the oddest hotel stay ever. I got nervous after booking when I noticed how poorly the place was reviewed. Figured my chances were 50/50 of having a good stay. I found our room to be clean, which was the most important thing to me. It’s obviously mid-renovation. That said, it’s as if the renos are being done by children. Our room seemed to have been already updated. The wardrobe/desk furnishings were new but ill-fitting and already broken. The bathroom door only opened/closed with extra force because it got hung up on the floor in the middle. Tilework, baseboards, drywall…all amazing messy. The hotel needs to be refunded by their contractors. The bed, pillows, blankets were comfy and the A/C worked great.

Jun 14, 2026Stayed for one night--good enough for one night but still lots of renovations in progress and unfinished details. Check-in staff nice but we discovered the wifi didn't work. Called desk and no one answered-- they did call back but after verification with the desk staff they were unsure and told us they would call us back -- they never called called to verify the correct password or working vs not. Room was cozy but met the needs for two people and what we needed. Not sure if there's a pool or hot tub-- nothing mentioned and no map or directions given. It's right off the interstate but didn't hear the traffic-- sign is Best Western in big letters and then Red River in smaller. We didn't bring our dog but I think the online advertised price might be different than the signs listed on site?

Sep 13, 2026It met our expectations for 1 night overnight. Some of the cleaning details could have been better, such as handprints and finger stains on the bathroom door. Breakfast was mediocre, but I know the hotel was sold out the night we were there and other people probably went through before we got to the eating area.

Jun 16, 2026The room I had was very small, the bed did seem newer, but it was very rockhard and so were the pillows. You had them young children at nine-year-old and a 14-year-old working like they weren’t just helping out they were working.

May 19, 2026Late check in is tough but need to be friendlier to travelers.
We didn't plan to be late, but combination of airlines and car rentals made us late.
