Oct 5, 2026We chose this location for the proximity to Bryson City. Stayed 3 nights to ride both trains in Bryson City. The room size met our needs and although somewhat outdated it was clean and comfortable at a reasonable rate. There is an outdoor pavilion located in the back right on the river. The only downside is the outside could use some attention with painting of doors, and outdoor furniture. There is a kennel located next door and sometimes bothered early morning with dogs barking. Overall, it met our needs.

May 19, 2026We had the best time! This place is so cute & bare bones. The rooms were clean, water was hot, towels were soft, mini fridge was cold & the grounds were clean & manicured. It’s not a fancy big hotel it’s a mom & pop owned & operated. They live on property so everything is great! If you like nostalgic places check it out! We will definitely be back!

Jun 28, 2026The room was very clean which is very important to me. The Staff, Husband and wife were very friendly. Each room has a place to park your car, and there are chairs outside your room to sit in which is nice. This was a short weekend trip for us, but I would definitely feel comfortable staying longer. Having a mini frig, microwave and coffee pot was enough for us. There is a nice river you can walk down to to see, unfortunately we didn’t have the time. We were visiting friends in Bryson so our time was limited in our room.
