Best Place in the Area- CLEAN!
Great location, very clean, staff were great, bar and starbucks were great. All the things that you want were right there including microwaves in the rooms and mini fridges. Beds were low to the ground which I love but might not be good for older people

Very nice hotel
The hotel and grounds were beautiful and the hotel itself was immaculate. I basically needed a place to sleep so I could get back on the road early the next morning without worrying about cleanliness and noise. It was located right behind Buccees, so easy access to the interstate, gas stations, and anything else I needed.

I drove my automobile from Maryland to California with several hotel stays there and back, Grand Canyon 3 nights, Yosemite 3 nights , San Diego 3 nights, and multiple other hotel stays. This hotel being my last overnight stay before returning to home in MD. I will say positively that this hotel far exceeds any other hotel stay in All Categories. This hotel is truly 5 stars and above if I could go higher I would but they limit me to 5 stars only !!! And my best nights sleep I will add !!! Clean, Quiet, and Comfortable!

Great location! Right off the interstate and next to Bucee’s. Very clean rooms and the property looks amazing. Pool area and gym are clean and very well kept. I would highly recommend! A1 and top notch!

The hotel was very nice and clean and had no complaints on that matter but the cleaners in the hallway when we left made an unprovoked rude comment and gesture to my wife and stared at her like we were doing something wrong. Wasn’t happy with that staff but other than that the stay was nice.

Quick overnight stay
It’s a brand new hotel so naturally it was beautiful and in immaculate condition. The only complaint we had was the bed was hard as a rock. I didn’t end up sleeping well. The service was excellent. The food at the bistro was very good. We would consider staying here again if we were passing through TN.

We just left a cheer event ! Very nervous about selecting a hotel especially because I had my baby with me ! The best choice ! Clean , spacious and the friendliness staff I have EVER encountered before ! Very understanding and accommodating ! I will stay here every time I’m in the area ! Also it’s right by BUC-EES !!!

Our stay was quite pleasant and the concerns we had were not significant enough to remove a star. The staff there is awesome. professional, and very attentive
especially Crystal, Kara, December and Jackson. Socializing with them was like catching up with old friends. The beds are very firm (a little to firm for our liking) and the pillows left us with achy necks, shoulders, and upper backs (even after stacking the 2 of them). I learned the last night that they have memory foam pillows which may be better than the feather ones we had or if you can, I recommend bring your own pillow. My son (22 yrs) slept on the sofa bed. He said it was very hard and uncomfortable. The blowdryer provided only had one working setting, low
The breakfast was good and the honey hot wings were delicious (made by Jackson and December). Storage for clothing is very limited so pack conservatively. Buc-ee's is within walking distance which was a nice surprise (we have never been to one before) and a quite mind blowing experience in a good way. Overall, I would stay there again and recommend this location to friends. The patio, pool and pool area was very clean and they even believed our food oitside to us which was great customer service
