This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed in. The rooms our spacious and the space on 2nd floor reception area is great to relax and have a drink.
Its 10 mins walk to the metro and then just 5 mins to the centre

The perfect hotel for those visiting for Oktoberfest. We were able to check in a little early after an overnight flight which was very helpful. The staff was great and the cafe on the ground floor was a perfect spot for breakfast.

Perfect Stay in a Great Location
The hotel was very nice and in a great location. The room was lovely. Right downstairs there’s a bakery where you can get breakfast, and there’s a bus stop right outside the hotel.

Very pleasant stay
The rooms are spacious, comfy, modern and clean. Has everything you need, from a mini stove and dishes, to quality shower products and wireless charging of phone. Self check-in is easy, parking conveniently under the building. Rooftop sun terrace amazing, entrance lounge and bar really nice. Location good.

Cozy hotel. Nice, modern room that included convenient inductive charging plates for mobile devices on the headboard of the bed for each person. Helpful service from hotel staff. Not the most central location, but there's a bus stop immediately outside the hotel for commute to downtown Munich.

A modern hotel located 10mins walk from an Underground station with good links to the City. Clean & comfortable with a kitchenette in room. Great bakery on the ground floor next to hotel. A beer garden/restaurant 10mins walk away. Besides that not a lot around. Reasonably good price.

The room was nice but lacked a place to sit down and eat.
There could've been a low table by the sofa. That really lacked. Also, I would suggest having written directions to use both the coffee machine and the stovetop. I ended upusing neither.

Great stay. Only there were no bin available in the room, which was not so covenient. Also the smart tv wasn’t working we wanted to connect it with our phones or pc. But overall very happy with the hotel and staff!

Hosts were very attentive. Easy walk to the U-Bahn. Park right across the street - brilliant at festival times. Close enough to enjoy the city centre, far enough to enjoy a chill-out moment. Great breakfast at Reichardt on the ground floor. All-in-all, would stay here again :)

The room is new, clean and functional. Comes with a kitchen and equipped with everything you needed. I'm there for 3 days business trip and I could walk to my office within 1 min! I love the bakery downstairs too. Staff are nice and friendly. The check in and out is super easy. I'll stay again.

Absolutely fantastic stay at Cocoon Theresienwiese! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, cozy, and designed with a perfect balance of comfort and style. The mattress was a dream—one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on! Everything was well thought out, from the warm ambiance to the small details that made the stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

Nice design in the lobby and meeting rooms and bath rooms. Not a fan of the whole beding: mattress not very comfortable, pillows very puffy, cheap filling. Access to the team via phone difficult- often for hours no response ( a bit difficult if you have no reception/no personell at all at night and have a question… )
