2/10 Poor

Very super bad experience with this property. Check in very bad, the hotel front desk staff very rude. Change us to another unit without our agreed. We force to change and then no water supply. And front desk say is beyond their control. Very rude. We check out early in the morning and get another hotel. Platform pls do something.
