Das habe ich wirklich noch nicht erlebt: Vorab die Zimmer sind ok, allerdings hatte der Zimmerservice anscheinend Urlaub, während unserem Aufenthalt gab es den jedenfalls nicht (4 )
Das beste war meine Verlängerung um eine Nacht, die ich einen Tag vor Ablauf bei der Telefonnr. Anfragte die aushing; Rezeption war ja nicht besetzt. Man nahm alles auf und wollte sich melden. Am nächsten Tag weitere Anfrage von mir, schon etwas unhöflichere Antwort, ja man wisse dies, das Personal vor Ort kümmere sich drum. Also am Nachmittag noch die Schlüsselkarte ausprobiert, ging, ok. Am Abend um 22.30 stand ich dann vor der Tür und kam nicht rein. Wieder Anruf, Herr Kaiser versuchte dann die Notfallnrn und teilte mir mit es meldet sich keiner, er könne mir nicht helfen. Ich war dann nicht mehr nett, erhielt aber nur das Statement: ich verabschiede mich jetzt höflich und lege auf. Was dann auch umgehend erfolgte.
Also im Auto übernachten? Ich habe dann nochmals angerufen. Diesmal eine nette Dame am Telefon, die offensichtlich keine Probleme hatte und mich umgehend auf die Notfallnrn durchstellen konnte. Der Mitarbeiter war dann auch in 15min da und codierte mir die Karte neu. Natürlich entschuldigte er sich und erwähnte noch, dass beim TEL. Bekannt war, dass die Rezeption nicht besetzt war, Mails nicht gelesen werden. Er sei auch am Vortag 2 h da (aber wohl auch keine Mail gelesen?).
Frühstück ist bestenfalls ok, würde mir nächstes Mal lieber was beim Bäcker holen.
