This is the place to stay! The staff are top notch, the hotel is beautiful and the location is excellent. Love that they accommodated us a late checkout and let us use the changing room and showers after holding our bags all day so we were refreshed for a late night flight.

The reception team welcomed us with genuine warmth and handled everything out and beyond their way from our perspective. The restaurant team was just as impressive—remembering our preferences and making every meal feel personal and special. Their care and attention made us feel completely at home throughout our stay. The hotel is generally luxurious and clean, check-in and check-out are fast and they give you until 3 pm, its breakfast is good and it is distinguished by its wonderful location as it is located inside the Dubai Mall and through the elevators you can go to the mall via the Chinese market, but although its room is tidy, its defect is legitimate, which is that it is small and very similar to the rooms of London hotels

I had a great stay at Vida Dubai Mall. The hotel is conveniently connected to the mall through Chinatown. Since it opened in February everything was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The gym and sauna were amazing. The friendly staff truly made my stay unforgettable. Special thanks to Shohrukh for his time and patience in finding the best room with Burj Khalifa view for my family even when the hotel was almost fully booked. The housekeeping team was also very kind and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Many thanks to Shifat, Ibrahim and Aman. I highly recommend Vida Dubai Mall if you're looking to stay in Downtown and enjoy the glamorous attractions nearby.
