One of the worst experiences I have ever had.. and I travel a lot. It is not my habit to write bad review but here it was more that too much. The room was quite dirty and old.. every day I had to remind, and I underline everyday, to clean my room and change my dirty towels! I asked at least 3 times to talk with the owner or the Manager for the issue of cleaning the room, but nobody was present and available. I asked to be called when someone was available, but nobody came to me. It shows the level of service and attention to the customer..
I had an issue with water, one morning I was completely without, and I had to live for an excursion without cleaning myself.. hot water was another problem. Air conditioned didn't work for 2 days at the beginning, but honestly it was solved.
Breakfast was quite disappointing even if for me it is not so important, and I skipped without any problem. Level of English is Entry level.
This place has a huge room to improve.. and they have to start taking care of the customers. Each single time I asked to be helped for a problem, nobody really did, and for sure the staff was quite annoyed..
I was not the only one unhappy and for sure I will not come back anymore!
