Disappointed that we were lied to when we booked. The hotel was still not complete, whilst most facilities were open, there was still a lot of building noise - something that the hotel had promised wouldn't happen. It would have been fairer had they refunded us as I requested. There were also reviews for the hotel that clearly were not valid. Staff were friendly and tried to help and offered some free meals which was great - but lies during booking left a very bitter taste!
