Why, yes the room DID feel neglected as there wasn't even a trash can in the room or bathroom. A disconnected phone provided an unwelcome trot to the freezing lobby where I had to wait in line to heat up a cup of coffee in the microwave oven. One MINI-microwave oven for the entire hotel? Make it make sense and while you're at it, do better!

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. We had a peaceful sleep, good breakfast and friendly customers service. I will come again and I highly recommend this hotel.

The airport shuttle was very convenient. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Parts of the hotel are nice and parts are more like a war zone.

I stayed 6 days and they never came to the room to change the towels or make the bed. I had to go to the front desk to get towels but they only were able to give me a few hand towels. I left messages at the front desk to request room service and it was not done

It's a cheap hotel that I needed to crash at for a night. About what I expected for the price. The whole place, including the sheets in the bedroom, reeks of cigarette smoke.
