Everything just felt like it was trying to pass a test. Amenities were not explained by hotel staff at all. Some areas were questionable. Overall, was able to get a good night sleep.

It’ll be much better if no the cigarette smell
The location was quiet and convenient, the rooms were clean, but the hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. My cpap filter even smelled like cigarettes after coming home and I had to change them. But the staff was very nice and there was plenty of room to park our truck and trailer.

I loved how close it was to the airport. The price was right but it is dated. Shuttle running every 30 minutes was a bonus. Would recommend for a quick overnight.

I expected a much better hotel in appearance and quality service. Shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was excellent. My sincere thanks and appreciation to the driver who to picked me on Sunday night. His timing was incredible when I called him to pick me up.

Pool is closed, no breakfast, after checking in carpet in the room was soaking wet and smells bad, bedroom and bathroom not clean.

Key cards didn't work; breakfast equipment broken, TV remote worked sluggishly; carpets not vacuumed. The room was well-equipped and bathroom was very clean. Bed was comfortable, lights were sufficient and it was easy to charge my devices.

I cut my finger on a sliver of glass in the pool that overlooked a broken two paned 4th floor room. Got locked in the pool area as the room key would not open the door back into the hotel.
Hotel staff were friendly.

Everything is just OK here. In my room, there was a half eaten plate of food in the refrigerator left from a previous guest. Bed was comfortable and the shower was very nice. In late evening and out very early morning so didn’t get any other views of the property.

It was clean, staff was nice. One thing to note, it is advertised as free, hot breakfast….there is NO breakfast, not even coffee in the lobby! That was very disappointing, as we were here for a medical appointment in the city that was early, and did not have time to go to a sit down breakfast. That is one of the main things we were looking for in a hotel when we chose it. My husband is a diabetic, so this threw our timeline for the day off.
