Fraud/Stay Away
They lied on our faces & refused to accept. We booked a king room, they gave us a queen room. When we talked to the front desk, they said sorry we are out of King rooms so you have to stay at the queen room. When I said we paid for the King room, they changed the room to a lower floor King room, but when checked in , it was a Queen room again. went back to the front desk and they said it is a King room, and they charged us for the King. I am a six feet tall man, I travel around the world and I know the difference between a King & a Queen room. They lied got caught and refused to accept. Its a new property and their walls are so thin that you can hear people in other rooms and outside. difficult to sleep.

Good - could be better
Went for the balloon festival and the hotel is in a great location, nice, new and clean however we booked a room for 4 and there was only bed linens provided for 3 which meant we had to make the beds up later on that evening when we got back for the kids. The rooms are extremely comfy and the blackout blinds are superb!! The pool and hot tub have sensational views. The only other con is that all of the breakfast ware is plastic or polystyrene and there is so much waste going to landfill when they could just use ceramic plates and bowels as well as traditional cutlery and just clean it all.
