This is a 1950s vintage motel and proud of it. It does not have the amenities that a more modern hotel has, but the room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the bed was comfortable. For a place to spend the night while on a trip, it has all one would need and at a very reasonable price. i would definitely stay here again.

The staff was incredibly kind. The bed was very comfy. It was a great place to stop to get rest. The one gripe I have is no where for your pet to really use the restroom without have to dodge broken glass.

This Motel was built in the 50's when Route 66 was a booming road. We enjoyed staying here for the nastalgia. The room was quaint but nice & clean. The bed was very comfortable. We got a great night sleep .

Looks can be deceiving! I did not think I was going to sleep very well as the bed was more firm than I am used to but surprisingly we all slept the best here out of all our stays so far on our journey! The train didn’t bother us at all, the low rumble occasionally was actually relaxing! Ron was very helpful and kind! Would stay again!

Great old school route 66 motel. No frills but very comfortable and clean. Welcoming to pets ( just let them know) and the owner (Ron) is very nice and helpful. Not as many amenities but you are staying in a bit of history on Route 66 in Grants NM. Would definately stop there again!

The motel is a very nice 1950 motel that is clean and well painted. The bathroom had newer floors, commode and small vanity. It also had a small refrigerator with freezer and microwave. The tv worked well and had a lot of stations. The bed was comfortable. The two cautions for a modern traveler is there is only one electrical plug in on each bedside lamp and none in the bathroom, and the room has limited space with no closet. Other rooms may have a closet. For a single lower maintenance person it is adequate. For a couple where one needs a makeup mirror, hair dryer, hair curler it will be more of a challenge. Overall good stay.
