DO NOT RENT!!!!!!
Warning do not rent- this house is the worst I have ever stayed in. We couldn’t use the top floor because the AC went out and it was 90 degrees upstairs. The exterior of the home was unkept, cracking, peeling paint, glass door was missing on back door and spider webs were everywhere. The home online was blue and when we arrived it was gray. The doorbell was missing and wires were sticking out. The vents on the floor were dusty and broken, one of the vents had a manhole and we had to cover it with a chair to make sure our baby didn’t fall in it. This is a historic home and they decided to just slap paint on it. There was dirt stuck in many areas. The 1 shower we had to share was missing the glass door and the hot water knob was broken. The shower was filthy and full of bacteria.We had to shower with shower shoes on. The backyard was also unkept, dusty and next door was a construction site. We could not allow our kids to play anywhere at this home. We stayed away from this house all day and came back at night just to sleep. I am demanding my money back and will be taking legal action. This home should not be listed to rent. We begged the property management to relocate us and they would not, knowing the condition of this home.
