I don’t understand how this hotel has such a high rating. The breakfast advertised is not included, there is no parking, and the listing is misleading. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

They wouldn’t clean my room since they were too busy and forgot to leave me towels, had to dry with an hand towel

2. Dirty room with dirty tissue found on the floor and strong foul smell
3. When issue raised - given some popcorn and biscuits?? To make up for it and unable to change rooms which doesn’t help
4. Booking states 1 free drink per day but none was offered or given

As soon as I came in, I was welcomed with open arms by Fernando and all the staff, Robert was so helpful and such an overall great guy. Best hotel in Miami Beach. I don’t see how anything else could beat the warmth and hospitality of this place. I will only stay here when I come back to miami
