You would not expect to receive this level of comfort, and amenities in a small town like Atlacomulco; however, this property far exceeded my expectations. From the way they greet you when you arrive to the ladies working the restaurant... The staff here is simply phenomenal. If ever I need to return to this small town, I will be staying here again. Even the shower head with extra hot water was nice! The wifi was strong all around the property, and the fact that they leave tea, coffee and a water pot for you is amazing... Like I said, you wouldn't expect that level of attention to detail in a small town like that.
And the off was DELICIOUS! ! ! ! !

La propiedad es gradable a la vista, tiene habitaciones cómodas y limpias. Ofrece amenidades de un hotel de mayor nivel. Únicamente que el administrador o encargado es un poco enojón, regaño a la cocinera o mesera porque nos hizo una jarra de agua. Le dijimos que nos diera el costo y se le pagaba. En el menú que ofrecen no cuentan con las flamitas que mantienen los alimentos calientes. No cuenta con agua caliente, según pq son calentadores solares y por el clima no se calentaron. Nos pasaron a otras habitaciones que si contaban con agua caliente. Lo que importa es que resolvieron el problema y se agradece a la chica que está atendiendo. Son detalles que se pueden superar fácilmente. Vale la pena visitarlo para que se animen a continuar adelante. Es un hotel con un año aproximadamente de vida con mucho por delante.

En general el lugar bien, pero se nota que recien abrieron.
Pedimos habitación para dos personas y solo nos dieron accesorios y toallas para uno, pero si cobraron de dos.
No respetaron el precio reflejado en la app, nos cobraron el de mostrador y ademas ya subió de precio.
Ademas no tenian pago con tarjeta de credito solo efectivo.
Y además cobran un deposito, el cual no se nos dijo, de $800, y tampoco tenian terminal para hacer ese pago.
El elevador no funcionó cuando fuimos.
Mucho que mejorar aun pero el lugar bien.
