The accommodation had several issues that affected my overall stay. The shower and sink were clogged, and the shower water took a very long time to drain. There was also an unusual noise coming from the toilet whenever the tap was used or the toilet was flushed. More concerningly, water backed up and came out of the drain when using the toilet or sink. The keypad door lock was also slow and often required several attempts before it would unlock, which was inconvenient. Additionally, there was loud banging noise coming from another room late at night, disturbing the peace. On two consecutive nights, someone was smoking what appeared to be cannabis on the shared balcony, and the smell entered my room, making it uncomfortable. Overall, these issues made the stay less comfortable than expected. I hope it will address the plumbing and drainage problems, improve the reliability of the door lock, and take appropriate measures to ensure a quieter and more comfortable environment for future guests.
