Enjoyed the stay. Right by the Plaza del Congresso, Palacio Barolo, walking distance to the Casa Rosada and many historical sites, shopping along Florida and more, groceries, lavanderia, many restaurants nearby, safe with good police presence (right by a station) so much to do!

Careful - this owner posts photographs that are beautiful but when you get to the actual property it is a hobo dump. Travelers beware. We left immediately and then they refused any refund and all Expedia could say is sorry. Still waiting for a refund from these scammers. You have been warned.

Deixou a desejar

Deixa bastante a desejar. Não tinha cobertas suficientes, a persiana estava emperrada e para dormir com claridade foi bem complicado. Mas o quarta tem microondas e frigobar, o que é bom. Para fazer o checkin também é um pouco complicado, tem que chamar o anfitrião no WhatsApp pelo número que ele manda por aqui pelo hotels.com e se você não consegue, nem sei como faz.

Mala gestión del check in

No me enviaron el código de acceso al apartamento con antelación y tuve que hacer noche en otro alojamiento cuando llegué de madrugada al apartamento. Luego fue todo bien. Me facilitaron un edredón, la estancia era amplia aunque ruidoso. Se estropeó el calentador de agua para tés y aunque avisé no vinieron a reponerlo.

Péssimo atendimento! Não recomendo!

Seguindo as instruções para a acomodação, solicitamos com considerável antecedência (36+ horas) as orientações para o check-in. As pessoas responsáveis não responderam e não se manifestaram até eu ter acionado o suporte do "hotels.com". Situação muito desconfortável. Ficamos aflitos com a falta da comunicação. Após muita insistência recebemos as orientações na chegada à Buenos Aires, poucos minutos antes da nossa chegada à acomodação. Vimos isso se repetir com outros cinco hóspedes ao longo dos 5 dias da nossa hospedagem. Eles ficaram do lado de fora da acomodação, na rua, aguardando a mesma informação de check-in por várias horas. Inclusive uma jovem mulher que aguardou por horas do lado de fora, tarde da noite e sem conseguir realizar o check-in. Siguiendo las instrucciones del alojamiento, solicitamos las instrucciones de check-in con bastante antelación (36+ horas). Los responsables no respondieron ni se pronunciaron hasta que me comuniqué con el soporte de "hotels.com". Situación muy incómoda. Estamos angustiados por la falta de comunicación. Después de mucha insistencia, recibimos instrucciones al llegar a Buenos Aires, unos minutos antes de nuestra llegada al alojamiento. Vimos que esto les pasó a otros cinco huéspedes durante los cinco días que duró nuestra estadía. Se quedaron afuera del alojamiento, en la calle, esperando la misma información para el check-in durante varias horas. Incluida una joven que esperó durante horas afuera, tarde en la noche sin respuestas

O cheiro de cigarro na entrada do prédio horrível, muita quantidade de lixo pra fora da lixeira próximo a escada. Comunicação com o anfitrião bem difícil, não tinha forma de contato, consegui o contato através de outro hóspede que estava indo embora aí se deu para realizar contato

Bom

banheiro muito pequeno, café da manhã razoal em questão de sabor, mas as outras coisas bem farto. Localização é maravilhosa. Quarto antigo né, precisa de uma reforma, piso em taboa corrida com alguns buracos nada q atrapalhe, mas para mim q veio com criança de um ano começando a andar foi ruim. Mas ficar sozinho, ou casal sem filhos melhor custo benefício. Entrega o q propõem. Muito excelente em localização .
