All the reception staff working from the 20-22nd of November were outstandingly friendly, professional and thorough. Please extend my compliments and appreciation to them. My heating didn't work, and they took care of it swiftly. The newly renovated rooms are great and very comfortable. The renovation sounds were a bit loud, but I expected as much.

They claimed that the water system was ‘broken,’ but the staff at the second hotel confirmed it was a lie — the original hotel was simply overbooked and they do this regularly. We were misled, disrespected, and forced into a filthy, low-quality hotel that was nothing like what we booked or paid for. This behavior is shameless, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. I strongly warn anyone considering this place: they will lie to you and treat you like a fool. Avoid at all costs.
