Sep 5, 2026The rooms and the grounds are sooo nice and well maintained and cutie. As far as nungwi goes you can get slightly better locations. The food at the restaurant there is SO overpriced for how basic it is. They should change their menu/prices, multiple other guests had that complaint as well. The prices the owner has for excursions are super overpriced so ask anybody else when you’re there for a better deal to do things. The WiFi goes out a lot on the north side of the island and often times when I would get back to the hotel there would be no WiFi or electricity or water. There was no hot water here twice. I woke up one morning with no charge on my phone cause no electricity throughout the night.
