We really enjoyed the stay! Rooms were spacious and comfortable. My one comment is that we were charged an additional cleaning fee and when we arrived in the room, there was an empty water bottle from a previous guest and the shower could have been cleaner. Mildew came off the shower door when water was running. Other than that, the stay was great. Would stay again!

The only complaint we have is the $300 cleaning fee when there is no daily service for towels/General cleaning and there is a list of things they expect you to do to clean when leaving. Other than that it was a great stay. Gym and rooftop are great amenities.

Great location for Manhattan. Close to a subway station. Close to World Trade Centre. Easy to get around. Lots of food places. Good sized apartment. A little too noisy for us. Some of this was because of the building works across the road so out of control of hotel. However, if the windows sealed better I think this would help. Heating pipework 'creaked'.
Shame that they also charge for cleaning despite paying in advance. Not made clear at time of booking.
