The hotel itself is very good compared to the price. They also arrange taxi services with reasonable prices. However, the owner persuades to pay with cash and to spend more money. Getting a receipt is also very difficult and they refuse to give customers valid receipts that can be used to claim expenses. Furthermore, the hotel didn’t offer breakfast despite promises.

When checking in, the owner/receptionist asked how much I paid and said it is for a small room. He tried to charge me more for the room with a double bed until I showed him what I paid for online which is the double bed.
They also claimed to offer transportation to the airport for a fee and that Uber isn't reliable. I booked one with them thinking they have their own car/driver but instead they went through a regular Uber order but charged me extra for organizing it.

Be aware that it's Staff try to send good review for his hotel. It's room was not clean and the breakfast was poor. Be aware about the rooms under the ground.

Os quartos sao bons. Se trata de um bom custo-beneficio. Contudo, o serviço de taxi é caro, ruim, e repleto de malandros. Fiquem muito atentos com esses taxistas!

Diğer gün uçağımız vardı, havaalanına yakın diye tuttuk, en üst katta kaldık, asansör kumanda odasının tık tık sesinden sabaha kadar uyuyamadık, girdiğimizde odanın tuvaleti kirliydi, lobiye söylediğimizde boş oda var olmasına rağmen oda değiştirmek yerine tuvaleti temizlediler, yorgan kılıfları kirliydi, sabah lobiye indiğimizde, temizlik görevlileri "ay bunların küçük çocuğu varmış, şimdi oda çok kirlidir" diye fısıldaşıyorlardı. Sanki temizliyorlarmış gibi.
