The room was geared toward children, the beds had no support at all, just a mattress and boards. We were three old women and it was a full bed in the bottom and twin top the beds had sand in them, we informed or host and they didn’t care. That morning we left with sore backs hips and knees. The area was safe and clean. But very misleading when it came to comfort. I would never book this place again. I’m just too old. I need a real mattress and box spring. Great location

Spotlessly clean. Small but good value near the beach in San Juan. Lots of street parking, at least at night. Staff very friendly and flexible. Comfortable beds and fast wifi.

Great location only a couple blocks from the ocean & from bars & restaurants. Check-in was easy. There's enough on-site parking for about 3-4 vehicles. The room was cozy, but modern & has a mini-fridge & flat screen TV.

It is a very cute place. We were close to many restaurants and the beach. If we wanted we could have walked to La Placita. I have been to Puerto Rico before and stayed at hotels but I do like places like this where you feel like home. Definitely we will book it again.

We absolutely loved our stay here!!!! Our room was clean and the whole site was super clean. The staff were amazing and so helpful. They provided a list of restaurant recommendations, which were all delicious! We will definitely be returning and recommending this place to all of our friends/family. Highly recommend!

Great location, 10 minute walk to the beach. The room is basic and bathroom is tiny, good for short stay. There is street noise, especially on Saturday night, we couldn't sleep there. You can hear people in next rooms too.

Good communication even before check-in. Angel is amazing. Greeted us at the property and was helpful throughout our time in San Juan referring to tours and suggesting spots to check out.
You can hear the noise coming from the common areas so just be mindful but it wasn’t a big problem for us. The electricity was out for half of the day in the first day but since we were out exploring it didn’t really bother us.
Overall great stay for the price! Would recommend
