This place was very very good thanks to Kayleigh who was very very helpful and understanding my friends and I wantsâŠ.And last but not least Kel thank you for the great customer service you made my stay outstanding
We paid 260 for a stay and then upon arrival were told our room was given to someone else because we didn't arrive exactly at check in time and it was upon a first come, first serve basis . Luckily hotels.com took care of the situation and issued a refund since the hotel itself said it was beyond their control.
