Expedia put us in the wrong room, at least the hotel manager blamed Expedia but then they fixed the problem fairly quickly. Dede fixed it.

It took a while to engage the lock App. Realized that my phone number had to had to be a continuous number, no spaces, etc. There is nobody on site to help. Beautiful room!
