The room was clean but especially the bed sheets and the towels had a bit of stain. It was obvious that they were freshly washed but they were used too much that they had stains. The location was perfect, near to many metro stations and also walking distance to Cibeles and right at the heart of Grand via. My main problem was, my room had a window overlooking to the "central void" of the building. At night, since it was raining the rain drops were falling on the metal pipes and it was quite noisy!
The staff was friendly and helpful about my luggage.
