Great stay! Looking for a place to stay during olympics that would be comfortable and not off the charts. This was it -- lots of space for two people - would work for 3 or 4. Excellent location - 5 mins from Duomo. Lots of terrific restaurants in Missori and Duomo area. Heart Milan service was excellent! Grazie!

The listing didn’t show or describe that the apartment was in a building of multiple random residential apartments not its own building. The lobby felt a little worn and dirty with duct tape on the carpet. Somewhat complicated and multiple door codes required. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and modern. However they didn’t take note that we had 5 guests and didn’t provide proper bedding for the sleeper sofa. Someone offered to bring it at 11:30 pm when we already asleep. The mattresses were also quite hard.

Great property and stay! The property was super communicative and met us at the apartment to give us the keys! The apartment was large with plenty of space, an awesome balcony, and comfy beds. The location was perfect - close to the Duomo and transpiration options (metro and tram stops)

Property as described, furnished well appears to have been updated recently. Had two issues, which the manager worked to resolve quickly which we appreciated. First and biggest was a significant foul smell coming from the first bathroom, apparently coming up through the pipes if water not left in the sink, shower or bides - it got much better after they addressed, but still present. Second issue more minor was bed sheets not super clean. Pretty sure laundered and just laundered with other stuff and a grainy residue left that led to a sleepless night. Lastly, just a preference item, the beds are very firm and all four of us adults and young adults felt it in our backs. Location good, hole in the wall restaurant next door surprisingly good (minus the misguided antisemite political stickers). Mama Eats was nearby and a gem, particularly for gluten and dairy allergies. Galleria and Duomo easily walkable - 12/ish minutes.

Our apartment was wonderful, clean, and convenient in the center of Milan just five minutes walk to the Duomo. We rented a car and garage parking (not included) was just a 2 to 3 minute walk around the corner. There were several coffee shops and restaurants close by. The inside of the apartment was well appointed and included complementary coffee tea and biscuits. Although we did not use the cooktop, there was a small studio kitchen that would work for a small family. The high ceilings and large windows kept the interior bright and happy but the included blinds blocked out the light as needed. The space felt very roomy because there wasn’t a lot of extraneous furniture. But what was there was useful and tasteful. The property staff, although not on site, checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the showers had good water pressure. The small washer/dryer is not made to wash and dry full loads of clothes, but can handle small loads in a pinch. The property was very quiet. We never heard anyone else. There was also very little of any street noise as we were on the fifth floor. There was an elevator that was small but got the job done. Overall this was a very good choice for our family of four with two teens.

Apartment ready before 3pm. Very nice helpful staff. Clean large aprtment, 2 bedroom, living/dining room, 2 bathroom, kitchen with fridge, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, terrace, washer/dryer. Easily fits 6 people. Excellent location, short walking distance from Duomo and major shopping areas and restaurents and subway stations that can take u allover Milan including the central station.

La mejor opción para quedarse en familia en Milán. El departamento es grande y cómodo. La cocina está muy bien equipada, los baños son de muy buen tamaño, la presión del agua en la regadera no es la mejor, pero aceptable. Las toallas también aceptables. La bata de baño es muy buena y hay pantuflas para todos los huéspedes. Las camas son muy cómodas y las sábanas de buena calidad. Todo impecablemente limpio y ordenado
