Die Unterkunft ist super zentral gelegen. Das Personal ist mehr als zuvorkommend, wir konnten die Zimmerkategorie ohne probleme wechseln. Sauberkeit ist allgemein okay, die Duschränder müssten aber dringend intensiv gereinigt werden. Alles in einem aber ein unschlagbares Preisleistungsverhältnis. TV sehr gut. Bett war gut. Aktuell noch etwas im bau, wenn alles fertig angelegt ist, sicher sehr schön.

Zimmereinrichtung im Lotsenhaus vollkommen okay bis ansprechend. Sauberkeit nicht ausreichend ( siehe Bilder Bad) Reinigungspersonal spricht kein Deutsch, versteht auch minimal Deutsch. Keine Fliegengitter, wegen Wassernähe, Mücken in Fülle im Zimmer, Nachtkonzert inklusive. Außenbeleuchtung so grelles Einleuchten ins Zimmer, keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten. Pluspunkt für kleine Kaffeemaschine mit Caps. Balkon ohne Abgrenzung zu Nachbarzimmer. Teilweise Baustelle, dadurch ungepflegter Außenbereich was Lotsenhaus betrifft. Frühstück ausreichend aber nicht umwerfend. 4 Sorten Wurst, 3 Sorten Käse...nichts Regionales, einfach alles abgepackte Ware. Rührei und Speck frisch und lecker, Brotware ausreichend und vielfältig. Alles an heiße Getränke top. Fahrradverleih sehr preiswert aber überhaupt keine Empfehlung. Null Wartung, Räder stehen Tag und Nacht draussen, verrostet, teilweise kaputt (Kettenschutz fehlt u.a.) bei mir war Niemand zur Übergabe da, habe mir mein Rad alleine ausgesucht und musste es 10km weiter gegen ein anderes Rad austauschen, natürlich wieder mit Gebühr aber TOP Rad. Entgegen kommen durch Haus, 50% Preisnachlass, soll hier bitte erwähnt werden. Parkplatz DIREKT vor Unterkunft, top. Wichtiger Hinweis: meine Zimmerbewertung gilt für das Lotsenhaus!

Gutes Frühstück! :) Die Sauberkeit muss verbessert werden. Es ist etwas schwierig, wenn man nur Natur hat, aber es muss trotzdem verbessert werden. Und warum hat niemand daran gedacht, Moskitonetze anzubringen? Ansonsten ist alles in Ordnung.

Die Unterkuft sieht modern aus. Leider wurde bei der Bauabnahme nicht alles richtig kontrolliert. Die Griffe der Dusche waren lose, es fehlte ein Stopper in der Vorhangschiene im Schlafraum, wodurch der Vorhang beim zurück schieben einfach runter fiel. Die Schlafzimmertür war nicht eingestellt und die Drückergarnitur war lose. Der Spiegel direkt hinter der Tür ohne einen Stopper war auch akut bruchgefährdet.Wir haben es angesprochen an der Rezeption, leider wurde es nicht weitergeleitet. Am nächsten Tag haben wir es dem Hafenmeister gesagt, er wollte sich dann kümmern. Spinnen waren ein akutes Problem. An den Fenstern fehlen definitiv Insektenschuttgitter. Das Zimmer war leider nicht so sauber wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Der Boden war nicht richtig gereinigt und es hätte besser staubgewischt werden müssen. Allgemein haben die Möbel noch einen starken Geruch nach Neu was Menschen mit einer Allergie sehr stören könnte. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und der Service aufmerksam. Wenn diese Dinge abgestellt werden, ist es ein schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage.

Die Umgebung der Unterkunft ist noch nicht perfekt und im Bau aber sehr schön am Wasser gelegen. Wenn alles fertig ist, wird die gesamte Anlage sehr schön werden. Es ist sehr ruhig und man kann viele verschiedene Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten auswählen vom Hausboot bis zum Schlafstrandkorb. Eine Schurfschule und Paragleiten sind direkt vor Ort.

Die Klimaanlage war leider nicht einfach zu bedienen. Die Balkone der einzelnen Zimmer sollten abgetrennt sein. Die Außenanlagen befinden sich noch in Bau. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Essen im Restaurant sehr gut. Ein schönes Fleckchen für einen entspannten Urlaub. Ich kann es guten Gewissens empfehlen.
