Can't find anything negative to say about this place. It was easy to find and close to the town centre, a 7 min walk. We were greeted by a very friendly member of staff on arrival who showed us to our room which was warm, clean and homely. Beds were very comfortable. Would recommend.

A nice clean comfortable room 5 mins walk from the center of Shrewsbury.
The staff are fantastic, so helpful, smiley and friendly and the food was fantastic, all our meals tasted very freshly prepared and cooked.

I arrived in the middle of the team’s Diwali celebrations and felt awful (they’d closed the bar for a few hours), however the team were so welcoming and friendly, and made me feel at home.
Room was immaculate, quiet and comfy bed.
Parking easy and off the road, so felt secure.
Excellent freshly cooked full English was delicious
Will stay again, and next time eat at the restaurant as the food smelled wonderful!

Great place to stay roon was excellent the restaurant looked and smelt fabulous .we didnt eat there as meeting friends ib the centre of town. Would high recommend this hotel .the outside area the garden and the sun terrace was amazing
