The room was extremely clean and the staff were very friendly and obliging. The room was small but fine for what we needed for a couple of nights.

Can't find anything negative to say about this place. It was easy to find and close to the town centre, a 7 min walk. We were greeted by a very friendly member of staff on arrival who showed us to our room which was warm, clean and homely. Beds were very comfortable. Would recommend.

Lovely, comfortable & clean Hotel
A nice clean comfortable room 5 mins walk from the center of Shrewsbury.
The staff are fantastic, so helpful, smiley and friendly and the food was fantastic, all our meals tasted very freshly prepared and cooked.

I arrived in the middle of the team’s Diwali celebrations and felt awful (they’d closed the bar for a few hours), however the team were so welcoming and friendly, and made me feel at home.
Room was immaculate, quiet and comfy bed.
Parking easy and off the road, so felt secure.
Excellent freshly cooked full English was delicious
Will stay again, and next time eat at the restaurant as the food smelled wonderful!

Was very pleased with accommodation and food. Biggest disappointment was the black mold on the shower curtain that needs replacing. Otherwise great place to stay and I will recommend it.

My son and I spent a week here. The staff were top notch. The highlight of the stay was dining at the restaurant everyday. The food was incredible. Although Shrewsbury has many fine places to dine, we found ourselves returning daily to try something new from the menu.

White and new looking, staff so attentive, kind and friendly.
The only thing wrong was our room 10 was really small,
however, we would go back and ask for a larger Double
room such as no. 9 or 3.
