Our seat was great. Location is perfect for walking and access to top notch restaurants. We had an issue with the shower (no hot water, clogged shower drain) and they fixed it immediately. They were very receptive if we needed anything. We really appreciated that!!

Very well located. Room has everything you need and more! Lots of restaurants in the area. A grocery 200 meters away and another one about 500m. Easy and safe way to check in. Hosts are easy to get in touch with, are very responsive and offer help on any questions you may have about your visit in Mexico City! I spent 9 days and never had any issues. Highly recommend it!

Overall, not the best experience. This place has a few things going for it, but unfortunately, the negatives outweighed the positives. It's a shame since the host was great. Pros: - Great location with easy access to buses, plenty of food options, and a supermarket nearby. - Washer and dryer access was convenient. - Very responsive and accommodating host who let us drop off our luggage before check-in and after check-out. - Full kitchen made it easy to store food and drinks and reheat leftovers. - Easy entry with a QR code/keypad lock, so no need to carry around a physical key. Cons: - Drinking water: There is a jug of water to refill the water purifier in the lobby, and I'm not convinced the purifier was doing enough to make it safe to drink. Both my husband and I were sick for most of our trip, and it wasn't until 4–5 days into being sick that we realized the "purified" water was the common denominator. - Hot water: Not a single shower had consistently warm water from beginning to end. The water would usually start off hot or warm, then turn lukewarm or cold anywhere from 2–10 minutes later. - Water pressure: The shower pressure was pretty weak, making it take forever to rinse shampoo and conditioner out of my hair. This was especially frustrating when the water was already turning cold. - Street noise: The windows did a poor job of blocking out noise from outside. Foam earplugs were provided but I find those uncomfortable so we blasted the fan to drown out some noise.

I am definitely coming back. This was a very clean and great atmosphere. It is in a safe neighborhood and they communicated with me, if I needed anything. No complaints. Maria was a very friendly person and had everything cleared. I give this place a 100 percent.

Apartment was in a great location with easy access to bars, cafes, shops, and restaurants. Beware that there is no air conditioning whatever so ever. No AC and no fans. The windows do not have screens but you will need to leave them open in order not to roast when you are in the apartment. I had 10 mosquito bites after my first night and continued to get them on my body throughout the trip. I’m not sure what’s up with upkeep. I received a message four days into the trip to see how things were going (we received new towels at this point and bags for trash, we were provided with two toilet rolls when we arrived and purchased more bc we ran out). The bed wasn’t that comfy - would probably help to have a mattress topper- lower back was stiff and sciatic pain was activated. Although communication with the management was fine, I would not stay here again.

Location and room were awesome. The only problem I had was there was no elevator and we had a lot of stairs to climb for someone my age ,It was hard. Beautiful place in a perfect location, just a 10–15 minute walk to plenty of restaurants and bars. The home itself was charming and well kept. A big shoutout to the housekeeper, Ms. Monzerrat, who was incredibly sweet, friendly, and did such a great job keeping everything tidy. Thank you for making our stay comfortable!

Desde el principio todo estaba genial, algunos detalles de uso pero minimos, casi imperceptibles. Tal vez algunos detalles de cortesia ademas de agua, como algo de cafe o tes de ser posible se sentiria mas agradable como bienvenida Creo que dependiendo la temporada seria la comodidad en cuanto al clima de la ciudad, pero abrir las ventanas y el abanico que hay en el cuarto ayuda lo suficiente. Un aire acondicionado seria mas comfort (no necesario) sobre todo en la noche por el tema de los mosquitos. Todo lo demas esta excelente. Buen espacio y las instalaciones son modernas, y tiene muy buena ubicacion. El unico detalle seria reactivar el montacargas para el equipaje, las escaleras son un poco angostas y son varios pisos por subir. La comunicacion con la host es rapida, muy amable y atiende todas las dudas. Definitivamente un lugar que recomendaria 100% y al que seguro volvere.
