Camere moderne e pulite. La zona non è il massimo senza auto. La colazione è assolutamente inadeguata, fatta di prodotti confezionati e zuccherati. Raccolta differenziata ok, ma non viene detto dove buttare i vari materiali! Non basta carta, plastica, umido e misto. Il tetrapak? Nella mia zona va con la plastica! Ad Alba nella carta! Il cartone della pizza? Non puoi chiedere una caparra di €100 e penalizzare chi non getta i materiali nel cestino corretto se non specifichi meglio

Die Unterkunft war modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ideal, um Turin, Cuneo sowie die Weinregion rund um Barolo und Alba mit dem Auto zu erkunden. Das Umfeld selbst war enttäuschend – ein Motel-artiger Bau ohne Charme inmitten der Landschaft, Roddi bietet kaum etwas. Völlig unzureichend war das Frühstück: ausschließlich einzeln verpackte Supermarktprodukte wie Zwieback, Kekse, Mini-Marmeladen, Nutella und Milch im Tetrapack. Gleichzeitig wird mit Mülltrennung und Sanktionen gedroht – völlig widersprüchlich. Noch ärgerlicher: 7 Tage keine frischen Handtücher, selbst auf Nachfrage. Und am Ende wurde die 100 € Kaution trotz Übergabe nicht zurückerstattet – eine schriftliche Bestätigung wurde verweigert, angeblich müsse erst das Reinigungspersonal prüfen. Für uns ein No-Go. Fazit: Gute Basis für Ausflüge, aber miserabler Service und fragwürdiges Management. Nie wieder.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr laut, gelegen zwischen Autobahn und Hauptstrasse. Die Wohnung ist schön, aber leider ohne Moskitonetz ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage kann man nicht selbst regulieren. Das sogenannte Frühstück ist unterirdisch und besteht aus in Plastik eingepackten Keksen ohne Brot, Butter etc., ebenfalls wird vom Personal in den eigentlich privaten Kühlschrank geschaut, also falls man den billigen Lidl Fruchtsaft erst am Abend drinken will wird er für den nächsten Tag nicht ersetzt. Ich würde diese Unterkunft garantiert nicht mehr buchen.

Tutto bene, peccato per il divano-letto

Bella struttura, molto nuova, pulita, personale molto cortese e disponibile. Unica (grande) pecca è l'estrema scomodità del divano-letto, impossibile dormire a causa del materasso estremamente sottile e completamente curvo/concavo, non siamo riusciti a dormire per due notti. Basterebbe sostituire con un divano-letto nuovo, di quelli con letto estraibile e rigido, ce ne sono moltissimi a poco prezzo, sarebbe un investimento importante per la struttura. Per il resto tutto bene, ottima posizione per esplorare Langhe e Roero
