The room was a good price value for a quick overnight stop while passing by Yuma, Arizona. The King bedroom was clean and comfortable, and just what was needed for the night!

Room needs complete renovation.
No shampoo, water tasted terrible even for brushing my teeth, walls were so thin the snoring from the next room kept me awake.
Boots thumping and crates were being moved in the room above. A loud idling truck which honked several times kept me awake after about 4:00 am.

The room seemed to be recently renovated. Very clean, comfortable beds, refrigerator worked fine. My only complaints was the loud traffic on 4th Avenue. It was very loud and made sleeping through the night difficult. Maybe some better doors and windows would help.
