Staff were stunning from the valet people, the bell boy, the welcome staff, the reception staff, the staff in the restaurant to the ones who sorted room service, all were super. A fantastic staff, just awesome! The hotel itself is beautiful, very very clean and modern with all the amenities you could need. Love the refreshments in the room, particularly the decaf coffee which is a rarity and something I really appreciate. An abundance of beach chairs as well as rest areas, lots of clean towels and great music. The restaurant is really good with a great choice at reasonable prices. Food was yummy too. Thank you for a wonderful stay. !

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities are all new great and we loved the evening entertainment. The only thing I would say is that the service was a bit slow for food and drinks but apart from that we all enjoyed our stay very much!

Rooms were good , staff was ok but you had to run after them all the time. Quite nosy because of the works around and food quality was not very good, the half board option was not worth it as it’s the same stuff all the time

Very impressed. Clean, comfortable - good gym and reasonably good value. Big effort made to cater for all ...family, solo etc. The DJ is a bit too loud, drowning out conversation, and bar food average. However, the buffet is exceptional. All in, best value in Al Hamra
