Localização da pousada é excelente para quem quer curtir os parques de aventura em Socorro. A pousada possível espaço agradável e com muito verde mas as instalações são antigas e precisam de melhoria. O banheiro do chalé não possui box, divisória ou cortina. Assim o banho molha boa parte do piso. As paredes apresentam pintura solta próximo aos rodapés, indicando umidade. Os colchões não são confortáveis e o da cama de solteiro era extremamente mole e deformado.

Tivemos 2 probleminhas, no check-in a atendente nos questionou qto ao valor da estadia ,que foi cobrado abaixo do valor sendo que a estadia foi cobrada para casal e uma criança de 15 anos, mas emfim ele não ficou com a gente na pousda, ele foi para casa de parentes dos nossos parentes da cidade, eu não ia pagar novamente. No quarto havia um ar condicionado por estar muito quentes o VENTILADOR não funcionava bem,pedimos o controle e a atendente disse que o quarto não tinha direito a ar condicionado,para usar teriamos que pagar uma.taxa de 30 reais,foi bem chato isso,quando falamos que iamos fazer o check-out antecipado eles trouxeram o controle foi uma situação bem chata, ja chegamos as 18 horas e saímos as 10:45 da manhã do outro dia perdemos algumas horas. Estamos tendo muito problemas inclusive nas últimas 3 estadias tivemos e nada é feito nem retorno temos, ta decaindo demais a qualidade de serviço do app.
